OU Create supports a variety of ePortfolios projects, helping both students and faculty share their work and demonstrate their skills. In this presentation, I will discuss several use cases and the varying builds for our ePortfolios, including individual sites within our centralized WordPress multisite, hand coded HTML sites in our DoOO servers, and customized WordPress-Elementor sites that we’ve built for degree programs. The focal case study for the presentation is a recently completed WordPress multisite that I built for a master’s degree program to replace the traditional thesis defense with an ePortfolio defense. This presentation will share what we have learned at OU about the instructional design of ePortfolios and integrating them into curriculum.
